She was extremely easy to work with, very creative with her menu and super responsive to the bride and groom's requests. She worked well within our budget and made some great recommendations. The food for our particular wedding was a Mexican themed buffet with foods from a variety of regions in the country. The food was light and fresh, unlike more traditional Mexican food. Our guests raved about the food for weeks after the wedding.
